Well it’s Superbowl Sunday (Go Cardinals). Today is the day I get to sit back, relax, eat some junk food  and chug down a few cold ones.

But before, I watch the Steelers get whooped. I wanted to debut a new feature on my blog. It is essentially where I am going to be recapping  what’s been working for me in the past week. I hope to being doing these Weekly Updates once a week  (time permitting).
